This pic is a slight spoiler...... but anybody who hasn't reached the second disc probably wouldn't quite understand the significance of the picture in any case, so don't worry.

The quote there is directly from the game though -- it's taken from Elly's monologue at the very beginning of disc two, and I think it's one of her first few lines. I originally had a different line in mind, but it just didn't flow...... Anyway, this is probably one of my more "famous" drawings, and I suppose I'm half-satisfied with it. I meant to make Elly (in the foreground) look more like she's ready to cry, but I'm not sure I got that mood down. And somebody told me Sophia there looks like she's reaching out to comfort a dying person. Not what I intended, but it seems appropriate in a way, wouldn't you say?
