Chest: 85cm Waist: 65cm Clothing size: small Shoe size: 26cm Ring size: 13 Weapon: guns Gear: Renmazuo Billy was born in Solaris to Jesiah and Raquel Blanche right after they were married. (One can speculate he was the reason for their "shotgun wedding.") He was three years old when Sigurd was brought into the household to recover from his time as an experimental subject, and Billy became extremely attached to him, to the point he started calling him "Siggy" ("Sig-niichan" in Japanese, essentially "big brother"), and to this day it seems he remembers that friendship and remains fond of Sigurd. Billy and his family lived in Solaris until he turned seven, and then Jesse relocated to the surface, taking his family with him and settling in Aquavy. Primera was born soon after the relocation, and Jesse disappeared when Billy was ten. Two years later, Stein sent Wels to attack their home, and Raquel hid Billy and his sister, then confronted the Wels with a gun. Though he heard what happened, he did not see, and to this day feels guilty that Primera was the one to witness their mother's death. Soon after Raquel's death, Bishop Stone convinced Billy to become an Etone. He trained for three years, and during that time nearly sold his body in order to make ends meet and take care of his sister. Jesse returned during this difficult time, and perhaps his presence is what made Billy's sacrifice unnecessary, as someone else was now present to help provide for Primera. Though he didn't trust the man claiming to be his father, his sister's attachment to Jesse convinced Billy to let him stay. After his ordination as an Etone, Billy opened the orphanage with his own funds to house the homeless children he found during missions for the Ethos. The orphanage has no connection with the church, nor any outside funding, and Billy has a hard time maintaining it with his salary; helpers and employees are out of the question. His job as an Etone and the running of his charity occupy him until Fei, Bart, and the others show up during the game. Perfect Works notes: The PW says that Raquel initially expected Billy to be a girl, and had chosen the name "Ashley" for the baby. When it turned out to be a boy, she shortened it to "Lee," which became a pet name she often used instead of his real name. Billy is often mistaken for a girl, besides, and maybe because of these issues, he has a complex about looking feminine and always keeps his hair cut short. With that in mind, one has to wonder why he wears that big green bow. If that doesn't scream 'girly,' I don't know what does. As noted in the character summary, Billy once tried to sell himself for 3000 gold, which translates roughly to about three hundred thousand yen, or US $2500.
