Big Links GA Faq Site Map Message Board GA-ML Main page	July 24, 2002 Projects In Progress: General Revamps New faq Blasphemy (as a hobby) Okaaaaaaaaaay... so, after a string of crisises that wouldn't let me online... here we are. ^^ Long story, and I don't think anyone cares anyway as long as there's finally an update, right? ^.^ Believe it or not... I'm almost done with the renovation. In fact, what's holding it up isn't the technical aspects (which are being taken care of by someone else this time, thankfully), but my extreme lack of motivation to rewrite stuff like the character profiles. ^^ Taking care of GA is fine, but... my eagerness to write for Xenogears has severely diminished. And now that I've taken care of everything that doesn't involve that - like revamping the fan sections, for instance - I'm stuck with what I was avoiding. I have to restructure the shrines, rewrite every major character profile, write new ones for the characters I neglected before... and I'm just as lazy as I always have been. ^.^ Hey, I've never pretended to be anything but lazy, right? I'd like to bastardize a quote from Angel Sanctuary and say that "evil has more virtue in its lack of pretense"... even though that's not really the case, if you go by scriptural teachings. Ha ha. Writers! If you're about to submit something, I'd like to ask a favor - with the new structure of the fan archives, it is now possible for you to have a slight bit of customization to how your work is listed on the page. In the new version, fanfiction is categorized not only by author, but also by genre and episode/game era. It would help a lot if, when you send me your work, you include some of the extra information: what episode your story takes place in, and whether or not it fits in a specific category. There is a list for you to look at, so you know what you have to choose from. This isn't mandatory - I'll decide where to put it on my own, if you don't tell me yourself. The idea of this is to make your fic easier for others to find, and make it possible for readers to stick with their preferences and find things they like more easily.
