Opiomorph

Opiomorph is the legendary "perfect gear" stored in the palace in Solaris. It resides in a chamber specially designed for its containment, and you don't see this gear until much, much later in the game. But it belongs to Miang, and if you thought she was weak before, you'll change your opinion quite fast when you finally meet her in battle. This gear is not to be trifled with. Aside from Miang's rate of synchronization with the gear, the machine itself is more powerful than all gears but Xenogears. Its infinite ether induction is due to its pilot, but the other stats are enhanced by Krelian's nanomachines. She literally cannot be defeated while in this gear - for the most part - unless you can deconstruct it on the atomic level. Have fun trying. Opiomorph is a reference.
